Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first face our members and guests see when they walk through the door. Your role is critical in creating an amazing first impression and helping our facility run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Checking players in and assisting with memberships
Answering phone calls, emails, and customer questions
Assisting with court reservations and event registrations
Selling merchandise, snacks, and beverages
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Helping promote leagues, clinics, tournaments, and facility events
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Social Media & Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual to help grow our brand through engaging social media content and consistent online presence.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys filming, editing, and telling stories through video—and wants hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

Create, film, and edit video content for social media (primarily short-form content like Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Post content consistently across all platforms
Manage our social media accounts and engage with followers (comments, DMs, etc.)
Collaborate with our team to capture content in our facility
Assist with running and monitoring paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Help brainstorm and execute creative content ideas

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable filming and editing video content (experience with apps like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc. is a plus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Passion for sports, fitness, or community-building is a plus

Position Details:

Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Flexible schedule
Hourly pay: based on experience
